The project embodies the "Luxury of Privacy" concept—high-tech minimalism for those who value absolute tranquility and uncompromising comfort. Thanks to panoramic glazing and an open-plan layout, the boundary between the interior and the exotic landscape is completely erased. The villa features 4 bedrooms (including a panoramic master suite), expansive 120 m² terraces, and an integrated infinity pool. The design combines textured basalt with warm teak, while meticulously planned multi-level architectural lighting creates a visual illusion of the house "levitating" over the water at dusk.
